This policy describes how the personal data you leave on https://gluckstal.store (the “Site”) is processed.

1. Data controller

2. What data is collected

Your name, phone number or messenger username, preferred contact method and order wishes — only what you enter in the order form yourself.

Visit statistics: IP address, device and browser type (User-Agent), the page you came from, time on the site and clicks on site buttons. This data is stored on the site server and contains neither your name nor your contacts.

The Site may also use the Yandex Metrica web analytics service, which collects anonymised visit data (cookies, IP address, browser details).

3. Purposes of processing

To contact you about your order, discuss it and fulfil it. Statistics are used to improve the Site and to protect it from spam.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box in the form (Article 6 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).

5. Storage and transfer

Orders are stored on the site server and forwarded to the maker via Telegram. The data is not sold or shared with third parties except where required by law. Orders are kept no longer than needed to fulfil them; visit statistics — no longer than 12 months.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request correction or deletion of your data and withdraw your consent, by writing to axremenko97@yandex.ru.
